Well I have been going to the gym now for two days and its been wonderful. The gym has a movie workout room that shows movies and you work out on a treadmill, orliptical, or other carado stuff very cool. I have been doing that for 20 min and then swim for 20 min and then some weights. I hope to lose 40 by the end of the summer.
Hey if we both lose 20 by May then we have to drink 1lb of Fay Cab what do you think
