Stags leap Wine Cellars (Why cant everyone be like these folks)

Dear Victor,I received your e-mail below in regard to a wine opener taken at theairport. I will be glad to send you a replacement.Though we have wine openers with our name on it, we haven't had them forsale in the tasting room. They were made for waitstaff that sell our winein the restaurants.
