The big thing is to let go and enter the prsent and "JUST BE" I will post some ideas for how one might begin the pratice. There are a lot of ways one can do this but the key may be to. 1. Be in a safe place and just become aware of your breath and take a few and long deep breaths, then as you exhale beging to slowly relax your mussles from your head down to your toes and dont think about stuff.
